What is the delivery time?
Pre-Designed Template: 8 to 10 business days. Custom Invite: Requires 1 month
What is the difference between a custom invitation and a template?
A custom invite is 100% tailored to your specifications, from theme to colors. You’ll be able to have direct contact with the designer.
We also offer pre-designed invite templates, just choose the design you like the most. We’ll switch in the event details to match yours without changing the design itself.
How will I provide the detail to my event?
Once your payment has been processed, we will send a Google form via email where you will provide all the necessary information.
How is delivery made?
Once the design is ready, we'll send the url for your invite via email. It is important to mention that the link has a ".crd.co" ending. For example marthayeduardo.crd.co. If you prefer the url to en in ".com", it will require an extra fee.
How does RSVP work?
Through a form with a series of questions that your guest fills out, these answers will be delivered to the emails you provide.
Another option is via WhatsApp. We will allow your invitees to contact you directly on WhatsApp & provide and RSVP.
How can I control the amount people that are able accompany a guest?
We offer digital passes (extra cost): 5 digital images, each indicating the number of attendees (Personal, 2 people, 3 people, etc.). You can send this image along with the link of your invitation.
Am I able to change the information I provided for my invite?

I purchased a pre-designed template but prefer a different design, am I able to change it?
You have up to 2 days after your purchase was made to switch the design. Please reach out through via our contact page or email us directly at: vyvinvitacionesweb@gmail.com
Can I cancel my purchase and request a refund?
Purchased a pre-designed template: You have up to 2 days to cancel your purchase. Once this time has passed, no money will be refunded.
Purchased a Custom Invite: You have 10 days to cancel your purchase. Once this time has passed, no money will be refunded.
